Returns & Exchanges

At Ash & Erie, we want you to love your fit; if your items aren't just right, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn and unwashed apparel.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Choose Exchange or Refund

  Select whether you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, or receive a full refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, print it out, and place your items in the original packaging or a secure mailer.

• 4.
  Drop Off Your Package

  Attach the label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized USPS or FedEx location to complete the process.
